LOTUS Milestones
2018
After learning and experiencing the immense benefits of weighted blankets, we set out to build a premium weighted blanket of better quality and affordability for all Canadians. After many prototypes assembled in our basement in this first year, we finally came up with a design we were satisfied with. We proceeded to sell through our inventory 4 times over, and knew we had created something special.
2019
With several years of prior experience in the sleep products industry, we then birthed the LOTUS Pillow Collection. Aimed at providing a pillow option for every type of sleeper, LOTUS pillows were quickly embraced by Canadians.
2021
Our mission soon became to offer the true complete package of quality sleep innovation. With our Canadian partners, we quickly launched both the LOTUS Original and LOTUS Flip mattresses, offering our exclusive Arctic Ice™ technology and the first flippable roll-packed memory foam mattress in Canada.
2022
We partnered with retailers across Canada, and continued to expand our sleep essentials program, presenting the LOTUS Hybrid Luxe Mattress, as well as an entire line of quality luxurious bedding- all made in Canada.
LOTUS is more than a name, it's a symbol of peace and tranquility inspired by the lotus flower. Our commitment to creating a restful environment for sleep is embodied in our name. We provide products that promote relaxation and rejuvenation, so our customers can wake up feeling renewed, just like the lotus that blooms anew each day.
Today our business includes 30+ partner retail storefronts in Western Canada, online fulfillment center and creative department. Nearly all of our sleep products are still designed and manufatured in Canada.
