If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your LOTUS Weighted Blanket or Mattress simply visit our Returns Portal to start your exchange or return. Please note that our 100-night trial applies only to these specific products.

If you decide to return your LOTUS product within the trial period, we'll provide you with a return label, and your refund will be for the full amount of the order less the label/shipping costs. If you're returning a mattress, we'll even cover the cost of return shipping for you.
